Where We Ship We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand periods. Magnetica is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Magnetica is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
